Condition
CONDITION: Excellent as updated by Remington during is early period of use. Both bbl sets retain about 95% plus of their factory blue with some thinning at grip area and one small area of beginning pin pricking on top of left tube of breech end at bbl set 2. Receiver retains more than 90% of its original case color with toning on high points. Beavertail forend is excellent as factory refinished during its period of use and mostly sound with a thin beginning grain separation on right side at forend iron. Splinter forend appears to be a Remington product and is excellent overall with finish added. Buttstock is sound and excellent as factory refinished during its early period of use and trigger guard retains nearly all of an older factory type restored finish. Case is fair with leather chipping and drying and would benefit from some light restorative work. Gun is tight and sound. Mechanics are crisp. Bores are bright and shiny. This is a very rare, hard to find set. C&R.
