Description
SN. 14042. Cal. 12 Ga. Made with 28” Winchester proof steel bbls, 2-3/4” chambers, that have matted concave top rib with small steel mid bead and red front bead. Bottoms of tubes with “WS-1/WS-2” choke markings. Beavertail forearm with early kidney bean checkering pattern has unengraved blue iron with roll type release. Blued receiver is unengraved and stamped “SKEET” on bottom of trigger plate and has SN under tang. Gun made with SST, auto ejectors and non-auto safety. Lightly figured capped pistol grip buttstock checkered in point pattern through the wrist and terminates with its original checkered butt. WEIGHT: 7lbs. 9oz. Min. Wall Thickness: .029(Rt) .030(L). Bore Diameter: .729(Rt) .730(L). Bore Restriction: .005(Rt) .015(L). DAC: 1-9/16”. DAH: 2-7/16”. LOP: 14-1/8”.

CONDITION: Excellent as found and appears all original and untouched. Bbls retain more than 98% of their factory original blue. Action with more than 95% of its deep factory original blue with beginning toning on trigger plate at high points. Forearm and buttstock are excellent and original and retain more than 97% of their original factory finish with scattered minor handling marks and very light impressions. Forearm with very old near invisible repair at muzzle end on top right side and a hint of looseness. Trigger guard with more than 97% original blue. Bores are brilliant and shiny. Mechanics are crisp. It is very difficult to find a high original condition untouched Model 21 like this one which has great collection provenance. C&R.
