Condition
Very good to excellent. Brls retain more than 85% of their toning original blue, with numerous light scratches on bottoms ahead of forearm. Forearm is very good with scattered impressions. Checkering is well defined. Receiver with more than 1/2 of its smokey original case color remaining. Trigger guard with about 30% of its light original blue. Buttstock is very good with scattered impressions and has had some light finish added for preservation with very slight fabric impression on right side towards butt. Pad is a very supple modern replacement. Bores are bright and shiny. Gun is tight and on face. Mechanics are excellent. This is an extremely rare Remington and only the second 1894 made Live Bird Gun this cataloger can recall. C&R.
