Description
SN. 420-10475. Cal. 28ga. The Gun is accompanied by a set of Briley 410ga inserts. They are not Ruger brand as noted in the catalog. Made with 26” Mono-bloc brls, 2-3/4” chambers, that have slightly raised matted top rib with small brass front bead. Left side of brl block with "GA" and chamber stamp. Slim forend checkered in point pattern on sides with unengraved irons. There is a small gold colored Ruger emblem ahead of the Deeley latch release. Coin finished receiver scroll engraved on sides with gold colored “RUGER”, company emblem, and banner which is stamped "1949/FIFTY YEARS/1999". Bottom with makers address and right side with light scroll and gold colored quail. Blued trigger guard. Gun made with SST, auto ejectors, auto safety. Blued steel capped pistol grip buttstock checkered in 3 point pattern through the wrist and terminates with its original Ruger Monogram lined HRBP. Accompanied by its matching numbered original box, chokes tubes, and a set of Ruger 410 gauge conversion tubes.10 choke tubes included. WEIGHT: 6lbs. 1oz. Min. DAC:1-1/2 ". DAH: 2-5/8". LOP: 14-1/4".
Condition
Extremely fine as lightly field used. Retains more than 97% original finish to all wood and metal surfaces with scattered minor handling marks noted. Bores are bright and shiny. Mechanics are excellent. Box is very good with impressions, scrapes, and permanent marker. Tube set is excellent. MODERN.
